Narrative Box of Ivana Brlić Mažuranić

The Narrative Box is inspired by Ivana Brlić Mažuranić's timeless tales. It is hand-painted in watercolors and designed to convey the enchanting world of "Šuma Striborova." This creation comprises an illustrated box housing scrolls that narrate the stories. Inside the box is a base with rosettes on transparent foils depicting the story's settings. When illuminated, they cast scenes on the walls. Each scroll contains a silhouette of a beloved character. The silhouettes can be used to replay and invent the stories in front of the scenery projected on the wall.
